Refund timeframe

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Conditions for refunds

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to request a refund

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team with your order number
  2. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service
  3. Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  4. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days

Lost or stolen packages

Package marked as delivered: Once a package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please check with neighbors, building management, or contact the shipping carrier directly.

Package never arrived: If tracking shows your package was never delivered, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to replace your order at no additional cost.

Incorrect shipping address

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.

If you realize you've entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately. We may be able to update it before shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.

Non-refundable items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Personal care items
  • Sale or clearance items

Important: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
